中國發(fā)展門戶網(wǎng)訊 根據(jù)國家外匯管理局網(wǎng)站發(fā)布的消息，2001年末中國所欠外債情況如下：

注：1.中資金融機構（主要指國有商業(yè)銀行和政策性銀行）承擔的外國政府貸款實際上是由財政部代表中國政府對外簽約的主權債務。

2. 2009年貿(mào)易信貸抽樣調(diào)查方法進行了調(diào)整，為保證數(shù)據(jù)的可比性，2001-2008年末貿(mào)易信貸余額也進行了相應調(diào)整。

Note: 1. Loans from foreign governments assumed by Chinese-funded financial institutions (mainly referring to state-owned commercial banks and policy banks) are actually sovereign debt borrowed by the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the Chinese Government.

2. The sample survey method of trade credits was adjusted in 2009, and the outstanding of trade credits based on the new method at end-2009 was 161.7 billion USD. Accordingly, the outstanding of trade credits for 2001-2008 was adjusted on the basis of comparable coverage.
